ONE Ala Moana, built by the MacNaughton and Kobayashi Groups in 2014, is a concrete and steel tower wrapped in double paned, low-emissivity glass. Designed to meet LEED certification the site is located next to the Nordstrom wing of the Ala Mona Shopping Center. The ground level lobby is located off of Kapiolani Blvd, with additional access via Kona street with resident parking on garage levels 4 and 5.
