To better serve our tenants needs we offer you the ability to subit a maintenance request at any time online, 24 Hours a day. We process all maintenance requests during normal business hours 9AM to 5PM, Mon - Fri.
Please fill out the form below to submit your request. A HI Pro Realty agent will contact you once the message has been received and processed. If you are in a potentially dangerous or life threatening EMERGENCY call 911 immediately. Your safety is our priority. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself where state law requires repairs be made by a State of Hawaii licensed professional. This includes but is not limited to all Electrical and some Plumbing issues. Consult your HI Pro property manager first, before attempting any repairs.
