The Ilikai is a 26 story residential Condotel, the first of it’s kind in Hawai’i. Built in 1964, the iconic structure was immortalized in the opening credits of Hawai’i 5-O.
The building has recently completed major upgrades to the lobby, common areas, recreation deck, as well as, the units on and above the 25 floor. Originally designed by John Graham and developed by the renowned local developer Chin Ho, The Ilikai was Waikiki’s first luxury high-rise when it opened. The complex has many resort amenities including a circular restaurant above the top floor.
