Designed by Salem Partners and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Manaolana Place Tower is located on the corner of Atkinson Drive and Kapiolani Blvd. in the Ala Moana neighborhood of Honolulu, a short distance from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The Mandarin Hotel is not a Condo-tel and residential condominiums cannot be let out as hotel rooms or rented out on a nightly basis. 


Condo configurations will include 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom condos with 4 bedroom Penthouses available.

Square footage for units will range from approximately 1494 sq/ft to 2,455 sq/ft for 2 and 3 bedroom units; while 4-bedroom and Penthouses will vary from 2,540 sq/ft to 5,988 sq/ft.

Interiors are designed by Dianna Wong Architecture + Interior Design.
