The project is an extension of the $550+ million redevelopment of the Ewa wing of the Ala Moana shopping center. The Park Lane project is estimated to cost $1 Billion and will have some of the most unique condominium designs in Honolulu
The project offers over 90 different floor plans featuring 10' ceilings and the units will range in size from an 850 sf 1-bedroom to a 6,000 sf 5-bedroom penthouse, but will primarily consist of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condos.
